Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown are indicative and confirmed at checkout; export prices are quoted per metric tonne on the Incoterm stated on your order.
Payment
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, please quote your order number as the payment reference.
Quality
Products are inspected before dispatch against the specifications listed. Any quality claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery (local) or 14 days of arrival at the destination port (export), supported by photographs or an independent inspection report.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm for export orders, and on delivery for local orders.
Cancellations
Unpaid orders can be cancelled from your account at any time. Paid orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us; sourcing costs already incurred may apply.
